In fact the place is lovely , good and fast service, attentive and good staff.Food was great, delicious sweet corn soup and delicious tenderloin.So, the problem was that the soup was salty. Despite the fact it was generously filled with sweet corn.The steak sauce was way too salty, the chef cooked the steak perfectly and the sauce was very good but unfortunately too much salt.Less salt is corrigible but too much is not fixable.Salad bar is actually just lettuce and Onions,But all in all, the price is very good and reasonable for the amount of food and its quality.

The place is very comfortable,the food is also delicious, the price is right according to the great taste.service also okay very friendly.there's also wifi here so I often eat and use wifi here.I often eat with my colleagues here and they always like it when I eat with Prada Priorty.

Worst restaurants at collective and they have 2. So be careful not to choose this brand of restaurants. Watered down drinks. Food a disgrace. Service a disaster waited 1 hour. Cold. Advice many other restaurants pick another

Great taste, great service, right portioned and most importantly priced economically..

There was a band singing right in front and the place was cozy. Soup and salad were free and self service. Had the avocado milkshake and it was delicious. Pricing was around the same among the nearby restaurants. Food quality was so so.

Extremely Pathetic service , waiters were roaming around without serving customer. Waited 15 minutes for kids ice cream, that too came completely melted.Finally bill was on my table before desserts.

Customer service not to the best standard , food quite good and if you're looking for a Chinese girlfriend/boyfriend go there. Allows smoking in the restaurant.

Seafood was great but beef was chewing, not good at all and was reheated. I ask to be removed and they did but with no "sorry".

Went for dinner with family after being offered 20 percent off bill. As we were eating our starters, we saw a rat running along the seating near our table..... We didn't finish our starters and didn't make it to our mains before leaving quickly.......

Salute for their hospitality and services. Big portion. All food came with plain taste which might suitable for foreigner. Eventhough their sambal matah so plain. The price was not too cheap for locals.

Good quality at all

Looks like a touristy restaurant facing a sqaure, but turned out to be a nice place to dine, with good service. Food was decently tasty, and right priced. Complimentary soup and salad was a nice touch. We we're here at dinner time, -and there was a dj spinning chill tunes, followed by a live band nearby which added to the whole experience!

Good food and decent price for the area. The crispy duck is a half duck and quite good. Spring rolls also good. They offer free soup (pretty good) and a salat buffet

Tasty, large, fresh, fair prices meals, can be hard to find in Nusa dua.

Perfect food

In the Bali Collation area, the restaurant is very competitive. The meal price does not require a service fee, and some discounts are given. The only drawback is that there is a “Free Salad Bar and Soup” around the restaurant. Can't find it!

Quietly speaking, it is mediocre kitchen, mediocre service. Only thanks to my fried dessert for freezing up to three stars.

The restaurant is located in the center of Bali Collection. It has a room both inside the restaurant and on the terrace. They ordered nothing but soup, but it was perfectly cooked. Salads at the counter are included in the price.

My partner and i have just spent a month in bali and had several meals at Prada bali collections the service was excellent everytime and the food was terrific and well priced a special mention to a special staff member Ilhu who was amazing very friendly and her attention to detail was fabulous dhe is an asset to this restaurant Regards FRED and LESLEY

Big sized portions, main dish prices are Rp99.000 and up. Free salad and soup. Food is good and filling.

Great service, good taste and reasonable price for the portion

Came in around 8pm, staff very distracted and other people were seated sooner than us even though we arrived first. Got a table, menus, and it took us at least 15 minutes to flag someone down before we could order. 20 minutes longer for drinks. Waited 50 minutes total for food, my order was cold and chicken when I ordered fish. My boyfriends order went to the table next door where it was manhandled by 6 kids before the waitress tried to serve it to us. We refused it, eventually they brought us a different version of the same thing. Terrible service, food might have been good if it was correct order and hot.

Fast service and good selection of Balinese and international dishes at reasonable prices. Service was fast and friendly. Had an entire page of vegetarian dishes (at the end of the menu).

The food is very good. The waiters are very attentive and kind. They offer free transport back to your hotel. Do not accept the transport if you value your life, the drivers was having a WhatsApp chat while driving us back. I asked him to stop doing it and he cared nothing. An assh×××, we were going with a small kid. It's a shame to end up the night like that because of an idiot. Food , entertainment and service are 5 stars but the driver ruined our night.

Great food and ambience.

Average quality. Price is comparable for restaurants in that Bali collection area. Good thing is price included tax and agreed that the satay chicken skewers in Nasi Campur is not grilled..

Live band is really good! They offer free salad and pumpkin/corn soup. Service is reasonable. However food is bad. Pizza base is not freshly made (IR 97,000). Nasi Campur (IR99,000) taste really bad. Sate didn’t taste grilled. The rest of the dishes felt as if it was just plain chicken thrown into the respective gravies.

Awful Service was appalling. Slow, indifferent and completely inattentive, and this was on a fairly quiet night. Had to wait 15 minutes and ask 3 times for a bottle of beer to arrive.Selected food from the Indonesian part of the menu.Satay was burnt, dry and (apart from burnt crust) tasteless. Peanut sauce was reminiscent of marmite!Nasi Goreng appeared as if it had come out of a packet. No flavour, and dry.Tuna with chili sambal was simply gross; not fresh, very fishy taste and the sambal was basically gravy with 3 thin slices of red chili For an Indonesian restaurant serving Indonesian food in an Indonesian resort we expected better. Brian the burger van man in Luton would have made a better job of this. AvoidJust avoid!

Cocktail are without alcohol. The dinner plates were all too small. (This is not a gourmet restaurant)We had a duck with just bones.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This restaurant allowed someone to take money out of my account by cloning my card. I would not trust the people working there and be aware if you ever want to take a chance and visit there.

Waited more than an hour just to get my simple order. Clearly not recommended. The restaurant wasnt even packed.

Not that good, as expected. "Bali Hai, please" - oh, sorry, it's finished, "Bintang" - sorry, finished, have only Heineken (overpriced as bali hai and bintang and all the drinks). Mixed satay i think was 90% chicken only. There are a lot of more pleasant places with cheaper prices and much better atmosphere inside Bali Collection. (+21% taxes to the prices from menu, yes)

Good cafe, had lunch and dinner several times, everything is fast, very acceptable. Friendly staff. For dinner, soup and vegetables are free. They brought us a plate of fruit for free. For three, no more than 400idr came out. Also in the evening there is a free shuttle service for regular visitors. In general, the memories of the visit are very pleasant.

Staffs lack customer service & unprofessional.. Got wrong with our orders and lacks courtesy. Unapologetic.
